TRIGUN VOLUME 1 Note: Some of these chapters are almost exactly the same as the anime, so I have skipped over them. If you're having problems making out something, please let me know, but I am not planning to make notes for these chapters.
Chapter 0

Chapter 1
Wanted Poster!
A 2-page spread of Vash with his gun drawn, standing high above a town that looks to be carved out of a ship's wreckage
A boot.
Four bandits.
As they walk through town
Mangy dogs scrounge for food,
A sign listing the day's murders,
A window cracks...
And a man is thrown backwards through the glass!
People turn their heads
As the man screams in pain
For help
The bandits walk right past
Two guys stand over the man as the bandits keep advancing
A restaurant sign
A record player
A waitress holds a tray
A mother and son argue
A shot of a patron's back
The waitress comes out holding food
Resulting in great joy for our patron
He begins eating, but notices
As the bandits approach the restaurant
He goes back to eating
The bandits open the door
A fork is left sticking out of some food
As the door opens,
A woman blows her son's nose
The waitress turns to great the newcomers
But stops short as
THE BANDITS BURST IN, GUNS READY!
AND OPEN FIRE ON OUR PATRON, food and furniture shot to hell.
Vash looks very concerned
As the head-bandit cocks his shotgun with one hand
Vash DIVES out of the way
As another patron covers his head with his arms
Vash takes cover...
AS ALL THE RESTAURANT'S WINDOWS ARE BLOWN OUT INTO THE STREET!
Guns continue to fire...
Riddling the place with bullet holes
The waitress cowers behind her tray
As the shooting continues
Finally the bandits stop
And wait for the smoke to clear
A toy gun on the ground
The boy is crying as his mother holds him
The head-bandit watches
As a broken light swings overhead
The big bandit smiles as he sees...
Vash on the floor in a pool of blood!
The headband-bandit laughs nervously
As the waitress watches
The big bandit gives the headband-bandit a congratulatory hug around the neck
Though the head-bandit has not started celebrating yet...
He keeps his gun trained on
the man on the ground
His concern changes
To fear
As he realizes the man is not actually dead
And starts to flip out as his co-bandits celebrate in the background
The big bandit slowly turns to see
The head-bandit standing, Vash's arm slung around him
The big guy smells Vash
Vash produces a ketchup bottle
The big guy smiles...
AND DRAWS HIS WEAPON!
The waitress, mother, and boy brace themselves for another assault,
But Vash has merely fired all the rounds in the toy gun left lying on the floor
Suction-cup bullets are sticking to all the bandits' foreheads and chins
Vash sighs
And tries to talk some sense into the bandits
They ask who he is
He gets bashful,
Then he sparkles
As the bandits look on in utter disbelief
The big guy threatens to attack again
But another bandit tries to talk some sense into him, too
Vash, however, yells to be shot at
Stirring up the situation even more
The big guy points his gun at Vash's head
And CLICK goes the gun
Vash points out that the head-bandit is the only one with any bullets left
Big bandit looks shocked, dismayed, etc
A short time later
The bandits leave the restaurant in their underwear
The bandits left their belongings in order to pay for repairs
Vash hands the toy gun back to the boy
An old guy comments on the situation
Vash continues to eat
As the old guy and the waitress start laughing
Vash starts laughing, but is puzzled...
A scene-change panel

Lou's diner
A sullen patron
Another sullen patron
A guy plays a pinball game
Sullen guys at the bar
A close up of Meryl
A close up of Milly
The guys begin to take notices
As the walk to the bar
Meryl SLAMS! her fist down on the counter
And the whole bar watches as they order
A guy comes up to make a rude joke
Milly gets pissed
And accidentally drops her stun gun
Which up-end's a table, hitting a guy in the chin
Onlookers look on
As Milly apologizes
Milly picks up the gun
And swings it over her shoulder like it's no big deal
The guys are shocked
Meryl consults a map
And asks the bartender a question
He gives information
They leave the bar
And saddle up their tomas
Meanwhile, Vash has his hands up
The waitress has a gun trained on him and the entire town is outside waiting for him
He looks dismayed
Meanwhile, Meryl and Milly are lost
Chapter 2
Spaceships fall out of the sky
And impact the ground
Cities built up around the ships' wreckage
A map with July crossed out
Debris and destruction
A large shot of Vash in rags
Vash falls through the air with his legs akimbo
He stretches his hands and arms out and drags them along the walls of two buildings to slow his fall
He still thunks his head on the ground pretty good
He holds the wound for a moment
But someone starts shooting!
He gets up and starts running
He begins to jump out of a window...
But then sees two guys below and inhumanly pulls himself back inside
Not too far away, Meryl and Milly make their approach
Meryl and Milly converse.
Meanwhile, Vash is running from rooftop to rooftop
Two guys burst through a door with a gun
But to the surprise of one of these guys...
Vash jumps off the roof!
He grabs onto a clothesline
And swings, kicking open a window
And landing on the floor
He looks up to see
Someone has already taken aim at him!
With a...
ROCKET LAUNCHER!
Meryl and Milly witness the explosion that results.
Meryl and Milly try to get attention
Vash is hanging out a window
After a sigh of a relief and giving a thumbs-up
He swings back through the window
Meryl readies her megaphone
AND STARTS TALKING REALLY LOUDLY
But nobody is paying attention
The girls make their way to headquarters
A car overturns!
Gofsef has stubbed his toe on the vehicle!
Meryl and Milly freak out and chase after the Nebraska pair
In another part of the city
Vash ducks into another window
Unfortunately, he winds up with a gun to his head
Held by the waitress from before
There are lots of other women with guns as well
Vash and the women converse.
More conversation.
More conversation.
Dramatic conversation.
Bottles begin to clatter
Boxes begin to fall
Vash turns as...
SOMETHING CRASHES THROUGH THE WALL!
Vash is squished underneath the giant arm of Gofsef!
Gofsef pulls his arm back out
And as it reattaches, they see...
“KISS MY ASS!” written in sharpie across his hand!
The dust settles and Vash carries the waitress out of the rubble
He flicks a marker
Then gestures at Gofsef
The Nebraska pair look down upon Vash and the waitress
While Milly simultaneously flips out and suffocates Meryl
Chapter 3
A shot of Vash looking serious
As Gofsef's arm reattaches,
Vash sets the waitress down on the ground.
The crowd looks on
As Vash gets a large plank of wood to pry debris loose in order to free some of the other women trapped in the rubble.
As he does this, the Nebraska pair wait.
Vash gets everybody out
And they're all still alive
Vash walks away from the women
Just then, GOFSEF FIRES!
He seems to knock into the structure again
Vash looks like he is bracing himself against a column...
So that it does not land on the unconscious women...
Gofsef's arm reattaches.
Conversation.
Conversation.
Conversation.
Vash readies his gun
As Gofsef fires, Vash draws his weapon!
And FIRES!
Goftsef's forearm has just been launched.
Vash fires again!
And again!
Four bullets travel towards Goftsef
Vash watches as they impact
And Gofsef's hand begins to wobble off course...
Gofsef's arm collides with something!
The Nebraska pair are dumbfounded
Vash has not been hit!
He aims carefully...
And shoots the hydraulic contraption in Gofsef's shoulder that reels back his arm!
Gofsef falls over.
Vash is still standing.
Vash lowers his gun
Realizations occur
Meryl and Milly have made their way onto a rooftop to get peoples' attention
Meryl announces that the bounty on Vash's head has been lifted!
Meryl informs Vash that he is to be under surveillance
Vash is like, huh?
But just then, the Nebraska father shows up to reveal his lower body is a HUGE HONKING WEAPON!!
But before Vash can do anything about it,
Meryl and Milly have taken out the threat.
Vash is no longer sure if he's happy to have met these two...
Chapters 4 - 8: See anime
Chapter 9:
Vash turns up, holding the wound in his abdomen
Kite and Vash begin to freak when they hear the hull is going to explode
Technical explanation of the problem.
Kite pulls the steamer plans out of his overalls
One of the officers sees the plans, pulls them out of Kite's hands, and begins to STOMP on them
Kite throws his hand out to grab the plans and ends up getting stomped on, too!
Vash and Kite talk
Enter The Plant.
More talk about the Plant.
More talk about the Plant.
Vash goes up to the bulb and leans against it, pressing both palms against the glass.
He looks grave...
They only have 4 mintues!
Vash puts his forehead to the glass as the Plant's vital signs cut out

The plant and Vash are both absolutely still
Meanwhile, the workers try to get to the manual release valve
The get the door open
And FIND THE LEVER...
But it's against THE BACK WALL! THEY CAN'T FIT!
Just then, KITE PUSHES PAST THE MEN!
Kite reaches out for the lever, just barely touching it
It one last push, he GRABS THE LEVER
And TURNS!!!
A hatch blows off the top of the steamer, releasing pent-up pressure.
But the steamer is going too fast! Even with full braking, they can't stop in time!
Enter BDN.
He basically SHOVES the steamer out of the way with his own vehicle.
Steamer and vehicle parts go FLYING
Kite wakes up
Vash is there, his head bandaged
Vash looks concerned,
But then smiles
Outside...
The steamer is about thisclose to falling into the canyon below
Vash and Kite converse.
Flashback to BDN and Vash
Kite begins to sing
Vash thinks of Rem
Vash gets emotional.
Kite stomps on him
